On Wednesday we had a large flood which started on the top floor in room 17 and overnight made its way to the basement affecting Room C and Rooms 17 and 18. Consequently No.21 is out of bounds until the ceilings and electrics are made safe. Maintenance work has already started and drying equipment has been installed.
If you are in this weekend and were due to be in Rooms D or E you have been moved. The booking form on Teams has been updated and your new rooms will be put on the glass divide in reception for you to check when you come into college.
The library will also be closed until further notice. I would like to think we can get Rooms D and E and the library, all of which were fortunately unaffected by the flood, back in use in a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted.
Classes, clinic and points are all going ahead as usual.
I would like to remind you that while you may wear any face covering while entering college, please ensure you wear at least a IIR type face mask or equivalent while you are in the classrooms or treatment rooms working with others.
Thank you to everyone for your continued cooperation.
While No.21 is out of action, it will not be possible to operate the one way system in college so you will need to enter the college through the rear door of No.19 and leave from either door in No.19. The staircase in No.19 is now the only way up and down.
